The room was bright, spacious, and comfortable. Two water bottles were provided daily, and there are plenty of bikes to rent for free. The floor was very clean, and it was nice to relax on the couch. The price per night can't be beat. The staff went over and above and were kind and helpful. The free bikes made everything easily accessible and you could ride everywhere. Smart TV with Netflix was a big plus as hard to find in Thailand and nice after a long day out. Markets very close by! The check-in was simple and staff friendly. The room was quite basic but big, with a king-sized bed, very clean, comfortable and everything was in good condition, with A/C, TV. It was bug-free, which is always a bonus, with your own private parking right outside your room. The bathroom was big, very clean, and well-maintained. Bedding and towels very clean and the bed was comfortable. Location was good for the Kwai railway and bridge, etc. There were rental cycles if you don't like walking, but if you like walking, you can get to the train station in just 10/15 minutes walk, which covers the death railway there and back, with the crossing of the Kwai bridge, for just 200 baht return.
